Buy load and more using PayMaya thru Facebook Messenger

PayMaya, a pioneer and leader in mobile money and digital financial services in the country, partnered with Facebook last September to announce a safe and effective new way for people in the Philippines to send money, pay bills, and buy mobile load and data using Messenger.

This is great news for everyone especially for a busy person like me. I don't have time to go to different places to buy load, pay the bills, and send money to my family. Just recently, I sent money to my friend and it was fast and easy!

All I had to do was to search @PayMayaOfficial on Messenger to start the transaction. The chatbot will guide you on the available menu options. Note that new PayMaya users can create their account using Messenger while those who already have the PayMaya app installed on their Android phones can link their wallet to Messenger.

I'm thrilled that PayMaya and Facebook made this happen. This will help the Filipinos to have an easier option for paying bills or sending money to family and friends. Since PayMaya launched in the Philippines, I am truly a fan of their services. I also use it to purchase airline tickets, pay my monthly Spotify Premium and iTunes subscriptions, and pay my Facebook Ads.

But that's not it because PayMaya announced their newest promo! Refer your friends to open a PayMaya Account on Messenger, and you'll both get P50!

Promo Mechanics

The promo is open to all PayMaya customers who have their accounts linked to the Messenger app. Promo period is from December 6 to 19, 2017.

How to refer and earn:

Access your PayMaya account in Messenger by visiting this link: http://pymy.co/get50
Click on the promo notification and share the promo message to your Messenger contacts (open to both Smart and Globe subscribers).
Alternatively, you can also click on “Promos” in the menu and select “Refer Friends, Get P50” to access the promo message which you can share to your friends.
Each time a friend successfully opens or links a PayMaya account in Messenger, you (sender) will get P50 in your PayMaya account. Your friend (receiver), in return, will also receive P50 in his/her PayMaya account.
Users can only share the promo message to up to 25 friends, and can then earn a maximum of P1,250 worth of incentives (maximum of 25 successful referrals only).
Rewards will be credited to both the sender and receiver within one to three business days after the PayMaya account has been created/linked.

Promo rules:

The promo is only available to senders/receivers who have Facebook/Messenger accounts created before December 6, 2017.
Users must have a PayMaya account linked to Messenger before referring a friend in order to earn the incentive.
Rewards will not be given if a pre-existing PayMaya in Messenger user creates another account with a different number.
If a new user (receiver) is invited by multiple people, the referral will be attributed to the account (sender) who referred the new user last.
The promo message cannot be shared to a group of contacts or a Page (must be shared individually).
A user who is invited cannot unlink and relink accounts.
Any users who receive an invite and create/link a PayMaya account after the end of the promo will not receive any incentives.
The sender and the receiver cannot have the same PayMaya account. The receiver cannot link a PayMaya account that has been previously linked to another user’s Messenger account.
The promo is open to Android users only.

BESTIES BOOK SIGNING + GIVEAWAY

Best friends do everything together. It could be wearing the same shirt together, go shopping together, eat together, or cry over together. I do that with my best friend too but, we have never wrote a book together like Solenn and Georgina did!

Two of the most gorgeous and sexiest women in the Philippines flew to Davao for their book signing at the SM Lanang Premier last August 23. Solenn Heussaff and Georgina Wilson are the authors of the newly launched book titled "Besties".

The book is about their love for fashion, careers, relationships, and friendship. The book also tells us that they are not as perfect as we thought they were. They are just like us who went through the same experiences we had.

Honestly speaking, I don’t like reading books but I bought 3 Besties books for the book signing event because I really want to meet them and maybe I can give away the two other pieces.

George managed to come to Davao even with a sprained ankle just to meet their fans and readers. Solenn also makes funny things on stage and made all the fans giggle. This shows how normal they are.

WHAT I LIKE ABOUT THE BOOK

While reading the book, it is like you are having a conversation with them on a Saturday. The prologue says, “We want you to feel like you’ve sat down and had coffee with us and gotten to know us better in a real way.”

They talk about teenage insecurities and how they were bullied as students before and as celebrities now.

It is raw and with no cover-ups. They give us a look of their flaws (minus the Photoshop).

The book is a guide on how to deal with everyday life issues. They give tips on beauty, fitness, love, and sex.

Georgina and Solenn even have a list of rules in traveling.

Georgina stood out when she talked about money management. Well, she’s not just good looking, she’s also very intelligent.

The book is very affordable and has good quality. There are a lot of colored pages and details.

I really enjoyed reading the book. It’s like watching a feel good chick movie. You can really tell that they are just like you and me. I am impressed with this book and I recommend this to all of you.

MICROSOFT Store Opens in Davao + Giveaway

The 1st Microsoft Authorized Reseller Store in Mindanao opened it’s door last August 1 at the NCCC Mall of Davao. I’m glad to be one of the few selected bloggers to attend this event. They had on-the-day discounts for all attendees. The first 30 customers who purchased a Lumia 930, 830, 730, 640 XL and 540 got a FREE Nokia X and a choice among the Coloud Headet, Coloud Speaker, or a Power Bank. Then, the next 50 customers got P1,000 discount on their Lumia purchase.

My Skin Origins

I’ve been very busy lately so I have no time to pamper myself with a refreshing facial or any skin care. So I have bumps and dry skin right now. I’ve been to different skin centers and tried their services, and I realized how these chemicals from different products can eventually ruin my skin. Then I heard about My Skin Origins Facial and Skin Care Center from my fellow bloggers and found out that it is owned and managed by Mr. and Mrs. Jennifer and Alan Echano. I met them at a wedding photo shoot with my best friend last year. I asked Ms. Jen about their clinic on Facebook and then later invited me to come to their clinic to try out their services and check their skin care products.
